Remittance
- Monday to Friday (provided non-public holidays and bank operating days) - Submission of Telegraphic Transfer Application Form Cut-off Time: 2pm
- Telegraphic Transfer Application Forms (“TT Forms”) received before cut-off time will be processed on the same working day while TT Forms received after cut-off time will be processed on the next working day, provided always that the actual remittance or transfer of the funds pursuant to the TT Forms is subject to the Bank’s acceptance / verification of the instructions in the TT Forms as well as the terms and conditions incorporated in the TT Forms.
- We offer attractive foreign currency exchange rates for telegraphic transfers and the purchase of demand drafts.
- We offer a low cable charge for telegraphic transfers to Hong Kong.

Cheque for Collection
Through its correspondent network, we assist in the collection of foreign cheques and drafts paid to customers from drawee banks. Proceeds will be credited to accounts upon notification of payment by our agents.

Foreign Currency Banknotes
- We offer foreign currency banknote exchange.
- The following banknotes are available:
- AUD
- CAD
- EUR
- GBP
- HKD
- NZD
- USD
- We will charge a 1% handling fee (min S$10) for the deposit / withdrawal of cash in a foreign currency with no exchange involved.
