E-payment User Protection Guidelines
The E-payment User Protection Guidelines issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) aim to protect individuals and sole proprietors from losses arising from unauthorised or erroneous transactions when using electronic payment services including online payments and transfers.
The Bank will provide you with the SMS notifications to alert you of high risk transactions and outgoing transactions from your account. If you notice any unauthorised or erroneous transactions, you should report them immediately to our hotline at 6602 7702 or 6602 7878. In the event that you submit your claim for losses arising from unauthorised or erroneous transactions, we will investigate your claim thoroughly and aim to achieve a just and fair resolution. Please note that the liabilities of the Bank set out in the Guidelines only apply to unauthorised transactions initiated by any person(s) without your actual or imputed knowledge or consent.
