Since the release of the revised Fair Dealing Guidelines issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore in May 2024, we have instituted the following:
- Applied fair dealing principles to all products and services offered;
- Expanded fair dealing training to all staff; and
- Ensured that the compliance of fair dealing outcomes is part of the staff key performance indicators.
